Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chronosphere Festival website and your registration of interest. When you buy a ticket, separate WeeZTix terms apply as well (see section 4). By using this site and registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by João Camilo & Joana Ribeiro Lda (NIF 519189574), Mestras 7, Mestras, 3330-018 Góis, Coimbra, Portugal, the organiser of Chronosphere Festival ("Chronosphere", "we", "us"). Contact: info@chronospherefestival.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register on this website. The festival itself may have its own minimum age and entry conditions, which will be published separately.

3. Registering your interest

Registering on this page lets us keep you informed about Chronosphere Festival. Registration is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry, a ticket, or any particular price or availability. Tickets, line-up, dates, location details and programming will be confirmed separately and may change. When tickets go on sale, you will be able to buy them through the WeeZTix checkout on this site. Please give accurate information so we can contact you.

4. Buying tickets (WeeZTix)

When tickets are available, you can complete your purchase through the WeeZTix checkout embedded on this website. WeeZTix is our official ticketing partner and processes all ticket payments.

Your contract for a ticket is with WeeZTix and is governed by WeeZTix's terms and conditions, including its policies on refunds, exchanges, resales and cancellations. For help with an order you have placed, please refer to your WeeZTix confirmation email or contact WeeZTix customer support.

5. Communications

We will only contact you through the channels you consented to (email, SMS and/or WhatsApp). You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time – see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Chronosphere name, logo, branding, text, imagery, video and design on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website – including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

8. Third-party services and links

This site uses third-party services (for example maps, analytics and messaging providers described in our Privacy Policy), including WeeZTix for ticket sales. WeeZTix's own terms and privacy policy apply when you purchase a ticket.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is always complete or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or the festival details from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
