THE JOURNEY

Three days.
One passage
through time.

Between the forests of Góis, Chronosphere isn't a place – it's a passage. From the ancestral warmth of the past, through the living pulse of the present, out into the cosmic stillness of what comes next.

Electronic music carries you through it. The forest holds you. The people around you make it real.

GETTING HERE

Flying to Portugal for Chronosphere?

Every ticket includes on-site camping in the forest. Góis sits in the green heart of Portugal, about an hour from Coimbra – most people fly into Porto or Lisbon, both well connected from across Europe.

Camp on site

Chronosphere is a camping festival – your ticket includes a pitch in the festival grounds. Bring your tent and stay in the forest for the full three days.

Find a flight

Ryanair, Vueling, easyJet and TAP connect Porto and Lisbon with Southern Europe. From Madrid, Barcelona, Rome or Milan you can often find returns from €30–60 if you book ahead.

Search on Skyscanner

Porto or Lisbon → Góis

From either airport: train or coach to Coimbra (1.5–2 h), then the BusWay SIT bus (lines 201/238) or a taxi to Góis (~40 min–1 h). Check timetables – some services change at Vila Nova de Poiares. We'll share festival shuttle details closer to September.

Search trains on CP

No flight needed?

From elsewhere in Portugal? Train or coach to Coimbra works well. From Spain, come by car or coach to Coimbra – then BusWay SIT or taxi for the last leg. The schist villages around Góis are worth arriving a few days early for.

CARE, BUILT IN

Designed for neurodivergent minds.
Open to everyone.

You're welcome here, exactly as you are. Accessibility and neurodiversity aren't an afterthought – they shape every decision we make about this festival.

Safety Angels on site

Our Safety Angels are around the site throughout the weekend – a warm, friendly team ready to guide and support you. Whether you need a quiet space, a familiar face, or someone to just walk somewhere with you, they're there. No questions asked.

Your own space by the stage

If you have accessibility needs, we've got a reserved spot near the stage: room to breathe, a clear view, an easy way in and out. Tick the box when you register and it'll be ready for you.

Deaf access by the DJs

A dedicated area near the stage, designed so deaf guests can enjoy the sets – with sign language support also in the works.

Partners with the Peter Koijen Foundation

We work alongside Ligia Koijen Ramos and the Peter Koijen Foundation – bridging the gap between a diagnosis and real, human support for neurodivergent people and their families.

VALUES

Here for the place,
not just the party.

A tree for every ticket

Every ticket sold funds a tree in central Portugal. Planting starts after the festival, in the winter months – in partnership with Lousitânea.

Rooted in the region

Partners of Turismo de Portugal and Góis City Hall. We plan with the municipality, not just in it.

For the community

Chronosphere is built to give the people of Góis an experience that reflects their values and their home.

Chronosphere is an immersive festival of art, culture and music – nature and sensory experiences woven through three days in the forest at Góis. Time is the thread: past, present and future, lived as one passage.
